We want everyone to feel welcome to celebrate with us without obligation to make any gift. The Lord has blessed us materially with almost everything we need to start a home together. Your presence, blessings, and prayers are your gift to us.

However, for those who would like to follow the gift-giving tradition, here are a few non-traditional ideas.

1. Volunteer to help out with the reception. Various volunteer positions are available and you can indicate on the RSVP form which position(s) you would like to help with.

2. Make a donation to the Christian Blind Mission or the Gideons Bible Fund in honour of our marriage.

3. Give a used item in good condition that you may no longer need (e.g. miter saw, welder, broom and dustpan set for kitchen, baking ingredients containers, large stainless steel or cast iron baking pan, digital camera).

4. Give us a “coupon” for some essential service like baby-sitting or window cleaning. We’ll be sure to take you up on it in time.
